So long as they are within our capabilities we're happy to build custom boards. As we make them we plan to list a few here to show you what we can produce. B2 Custom NC wanted the B2 but wanted it with some racing stripes as well. The normal ply is too pale to show the stripe off at their best so we decided to use a different ply in this case. The wood grain and stripes make for a pretty cool old-school look. The grip tape matches the stripes and the board is finished with Paris trucks, Biltin bearings and O'tang wheels. Symmetrical Board Made for Robert B this board is based on the B2 but is a little longer and is the same at both ends. Finished with Paris Trucks and Lime BigsZigs.
More Custom Paint Grip Work This time for Hamish G in Auckland. Finished with Tracker FastTrack 180 trucks and Abec11 BigZigs. Custom Paint Work Commissioned for Hamish M in Dunedin this is a standard bamboo/fibreglass B2 drop-through. Painted black with the Bombardier "bomb" on the bottom. Finished with black Paris 180 trucks and Abec BigZigs.

Some Excellent Custom Grip Work Mark and Leticia bought some standard B2 decks and went to work on them with the grip tape. The overall impact and colour coordination is excellent and felt they were worth displaying here.

DerFeiter - The Fighter Thie custom Bamboo B1 was ordered by Kristen who wanted an all-black board - an idea that I really liked. The 'stealthy' image of a black B1 rather appealed to me. She then went further and asked for the flowers stencilled in this way to show off the bamboo. I have to admit that I wasn't sure about this initially but everyone who has seen the board has remarked at how good it looks. It took quite a bit of work and about a dozen coats of paint and polyurethane but the effort was worth it as the finished result looks fantastic. Finished with Seismic 180 trucks and Lemon ABEC11 Big Zigs.

Bamboo Drop-Through Pintail Jeremy contacted me in mid July about building a drop-through pintail. After a bit of discussion and consultation this is the result. It is one of the longest builds I've done as it required quite of lot of experimentation and thought. The board is 1150mm long and about 240mm wide. There is a light layer of fibreglass on top and, for added strength, it has two layers of fibreglass around the area where the trucks mount. The fibreglass covering the remainder of the bottom is laid at 45 degrees so as not to overly affect the flexibility. Finished with grip tape, Randal 180 trucks and 70mm Tunnel Tarantula wheels. Max-Airflow I had to consult with the designer of this board before deciding on a name but the Max Airflow seems somehow fitting. A beautiful curvy shape in all 3 dimensions. Max, the designer, had this shape in mind and even sent me a handy template to follow. All I had to do was make it. Its about 840mm long and 250mm wide. The ply is a beautiful honey colour but unfortunately my photos don't really do it justice. B-52F Not so much of a custom board but worth listing anyway. A 12mm B-52 combined with Randall 180 trucks and ABEC11 Retro 70/78a Zig Zag wheels. Also fitted with 1cm Sector 9 riser pads and Lucky Swiss Abec7 Bearings. Goes great.
Short Board
A flat deck with nice kick and not a longboard at all but proof we're not constrained by principles. Completed with Bennett Vector Trucks, 65mm Cadillac wheels and Pleasure Tool bearings. The bottom has been custom painted and the top finished with standard grip tape.
